Cocaine Importation Agency and Qatari bagman Agent Sarkozy

Nicolas Sarkozy, American agent1 (The Frog on the Seine is all mine all mine)

On 2nd September 2005 Jacques Chirac suffered a serious stroke and ceased to govern. He was no longer able to execute his functions (hand waving and nose picking), even though he would conserve them in appearance. For two years his government was divided between the Gaullists led by Dominique de Villepin and the Atlantists led by Minister of Interior, Nicolas “Agent” Sarkozy. Once his mandate was over Chirac no longer made any secret of his corruption, and settled into a luxurious apartment made available to him by the Hariri family (Rafic Hariri, former PM of Lebanon whom Chirac was a personal friend and close business partner with whom he’d agreed to explore for oil off the Lebanese coast) for his retirement. Rafic Hariri was assassinated on 14th February 2005 by an explosive charge hidden in one of his vans. Supported by Madame Chirac, Agent Sarkozy took over.

Sarkozy was elected president in May 2007, not for his programme agenda but his force of will. At the time, French people saw in him a man who would be capable of reviving a dormant, ham-strung country. However, the people at the time were unaware that Agent Sarkozy had been raised as an adolescent in New York by his mother Christine de Ganay, who was his father’s third wife. She had remarried the diplomat Frank Wisner Jnr., son of the founder of CIA/NATO secret services, the Gladio network. This is why Agent Sarkozy was sponsored by Washington to become French President.

Unlike Jacques Chirac who proved to be a resolute Gaullist in 2003 before mutating into an unscrupulous wheeler-dealer, Agent Sarkozy was considered by Washington to be “their” man. He was immediately associated with US projects. While he was still Minister of the Interior, Agent Sarkozy initiated contact with Abdullah Senussi, head of Libyan Interior Secret Services and brother-in-law of Gaddafi.

Senussi had been found guilty in absentia for his role in the 1989 attack on Flight 772 of the French airline UTA, causing 170 fatalities. Libya proposed to finance Sarkozy’s electoral campaign in exchange for a promise of amnesty or a French legal dismissal of the charge. One of Agent Sarkozy’s trusted collaborators, ministerial delegate Brice Hortefeux negotiated 57 million €uros with Senussi post-Gaddafi’s approval. The senior Libyan official who supervised the transaction, Ziad Takieddine, transported 57 million €uros to Paris.

Unlike the French, Libya covered its bases. During the election campaign, Libya noticed that the Socialist candidate, Ségolène Royal, also had a decent chance of winning. Senussi then made contact with Roland Dumas, who went to Tripoli to collect 25 million €uros.

French law forbids foreign state funding for election campaigns, but the cost of a political campaign is not allowed to be revealed. Neither Agent Sarkozy nor Royale could promise to fabricate a legal dismissal without overriding the law and independence of the justice system. However, they could, pronounce an amnesty, but were not allowed to negotiate it for the benefit of their own personal affairs.

Roland Dumas knew this, since he was also the President of the Constitutional Council (1995-2000), charged with verifying the honesty of the election process. Accordingly, the French legal system investigated Agent Sarkozy’s indiscretions but not those of Mme Royal.

Business continued between Gaddafi and Agent Sarkozy until after he entered the Elysée. The first lady Cécilia Sarkozy2 was tasked with obtaining the release of five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor, who had been imprisoned in Libya for eight years. In 1999, more than 400 children had been contaminated by the AIDS retrovirus in Benghazi hospital. Bulgaria, who had just joined the EU, asked the European Commission to negotiate with Tripoli for its citizens’ release. Libya then found itself face to face with the same officials who accused it of the 1988 PanAm flight 103 which exploded over Lockerbie. While denying involvement, Gaddafi did compensate families for a total sum of US$2.7 billion as a means of settling the dispute which opposed him to Western powers.

Aware he’d have to deal with Islamic fantasies, Gaddafi decided to use the infection in Benghazi hospital to recover what he’d paid for PanAm flight 103. He demanded this money be returned in exchange for his withdrawal from certain African states and the freedom of the nurses and doctor. The US paid the sum to Qatar, who in turn paid Libya under the control of the EU. Cécilia received a proportional gratuity (US$2.7 million) for her role from Libya.

Agent Sarkozy, who just happened to be going through the middle of divorce proceedings, gave it to her as a present. With the proceeds, she was then able to open a public relations bureau, first in Qatar, later in New York, with her new husband, Richard Attias3.

Arab Spring

In 2011, while the French were busy preparing for the invasion of Libya, the US launched their own operation, far more wide-ranging than they had told Agent Sarkozy. It was not simply designed to overthrow Gaddafi and Assad (Syria) but to destroy all secular Arab governments and replace them with the Muslim Brotherhood. They began with friendly states (Tunisia and Egypt), leaving the British and the French to deal with the enemies (Libya and Syria).

Tunisia

In response to the attempted suicide of a street merchant in Tunisia on 17 December 2010, demonstrations were held against police violence and then against the government. France, who believed the uprisings were spontaneous, offered to equip Tunisian police with anti-riot gear. Agent Sarkozy and his Minister for the Interior Michèle Alliot-Marie had complete trust in President Ben Ali, with whom they both undertook their “personal business”.

After having equipped themselves a fully equipped Airbus 330 custom built as a Presidential super plane called Air Sarko, they sold the two older planes which had been used for “official” travel. During the same timeframe, while Agent Sarkozy and Alliot-Marie were occupied protecting the “business partner”, Ben Ali had fled, both were staggered when Ben Ali asked to land in Paris and seek refuge there. The presidential palace had insufficient time to direct Ben Ali’s plane and redirected it to Jeddah.

Egypt

Computer engineer Ahmed Mather and Islamist blogger Israa Abdel Fattah called for a demonstration against President Mubarak on 25th January 2011, the “Day of Anger”. Immediately supported by Al Jazz and the Muslim Brotherhood, and with the help of Cocaine Importation Agency “NGOs”, they launched a movement to destabilise the regime. Demonstrations took place every Friday from 28th January when the “faithful” left the mosques, and were supervised by Serbs trained by the creator of “colour revolutions”, Gene Sharp. Puffins will note the House of Saville refers to this as a “nonviolent revolution handbook”. Agent Sarkozy first learnt about all this on 11th February via a telecon with his father-in-law, US Ambassador Frank Wisner Jr, who, on instructions from the White House, convinced Mubarak to step down.

The Cocaine Importation Agency then organised a secret meeting in Cairo, to which Agent Sarkozy sent a delegation including lobbyist Bernard-Henri Levy4, ex-lover of Agent Sarkozy’s now wife Carla Bruni and also Ségolène Royal. Muslim brother Mahmud Jibril el-Warfally was No.2 of the Libyan government when entering the meeting room. He was leader of the “opposition to the tyrant” by the time he left the room. Among the Syrians present were Malik al-Abdeh (ex-collaborator of the House of Saville, creator of London based Barada TV (next to Vauxhall Park, Lambeth (with funding from the Cocaine Importation Agency and US State Dept). The meeting was the inception point for wars against Libya and Syria.

Without going into details of the fall of Libya and the attempt in Syria, in late March 2011, Call Me Dave and Agent Sarkozy organised a meeting with their principal allies. It was agreed salaries of the members of the Libyan National Transitional Council would be paid from frozen Libyan assets, via the Libyan Information Exchange Mechanism (LIEM). The meeting was chaired by “Don’t Be Vague, Call Me Hague” who released a statement via NATO. This decision reached was a double infringement on international law which forbids interference in national conflicts via payment of salaries to the adversaries as well as diverting frozen funds for personal profit.

It was at this point, Agent Sarkozy first learnt about Libyan treasure – US$150 billion, including 143MT of gold and a similar volume of silver. Agent Sarkozy instructed Claude Guéant to send ex-director of the National Police, Prefect Edouard Lacroix, to negotiate with Gaddafi for a withdrawal of French forces in return for part of this treasure.

This became more complicated on 14th May when the DG of the IMF, Dominque Strauss Khan was arrested on sex charges in New York. While this was good news for Agent Sarkozy on the arrest of his Socialist rival, what he learnt reinforced his determination to make maximum profit from Libya. Strauss Khan was arrested while travelling via Berlin to Tripoli, where he was supposed to meet Gaddafi with one of Angela Merkel’s collaborators. The interview was intended to focus on Libya’s money and how to live without the US$ and CFA Franc.

The outcome was intended to be the object of a report at the G8 conference in Deauville a few days later. While the secret Franco-Libyan talks were ongoing, Assistant Sec of State Jeffrey Feltman intervened from Washington, ordering Paris to break off talks immediately.

Moving to another plan, Agent Sarkozy, Call Me Dave and Emir Al-Thani agreed they’d create a new Libyan Central Bank and a new oil company which would work with British and French oil companies, BP and Total. The Libyan National Transitional Council (LNTC) was authorised to sell Libyan oil on the international market, under the control of Qatar, and to keep the profits. Greed was so strong and with no self-control to wait for the conflict end, in a letter addressed to the Emir, the LTNC promised to allocate 35% of the crude oil to France – a quota that corresponded to France’s share of the bombing raids of the “coalition”.

Agent Sarkozy lost the 2012 election which came as a shock to his system, despite not being able to see the wood for the trees (or in his case, greed). He lost due to “bling”: The French dislike ostentation so much that they’ve named it twice – the English “bling” has become “bling-bling” and Agent Sarkozy become known as “le président bling-bling”.

A victory dinner in 2007 at the swish Champs Elysée restaurant Le Fouquet’s attended by dozens of captains of industry and media movers and shakers set the tone. Then there was the holiday on the yacht of advertising and media boss Vincent Bolloré, not to mention the wage rise for the presidency, the 55,000-€uro watch and the ex-supermodel wife. Agent Sarkozy argued that, like a wealth-creating entrepreneur, he deserved to be well-remunerated for working hard. Many less well-off people saw such flashiness as a slap in the face as their incomes suffered or they lost their jobs and some middle-class voters found it just plain vulgar. His ego took him to court where, again, earlier this year he lost his appeal on a corruption conviction, now having to wear an electronic tag.

On departure of the Elysée, having aligned himself at the hip with Qatari interests, having modified the Franco-Qatari tax treaty so that the Qatari Embassy’s tax exemption was extended to all investments of the Emir and his family. In a few years the Qatari emirate al-Thanis bought five billion Euros worth of real estate. They acquired stakes in prestigious companies such as Total, EADS and Areva. They also bought Paris Saint Germain, and created several TV sports channels. The self-interested generosity of the Emir touched all sectors of French society. Al-Thani greased the palms of over 50 parliamentarians across all political parties and tried to take control of all Muslim suburbs, in vain. One by one, he bought all the political and economic leaders to a level where he discarded his own French spokesperson at the UN Security Council and could requisition the French army when he felt like it.

Despite his bruised ego (a perennial political trait in France), on leaving the Elysée Agent Sarkozy was and still is, employed by the Qataris with an annual salary of three million €uros, together with a directorship of Columbia Investments, a Qatari sovereign wealth fund. Losing the court case and wearing an electronic tag hasn’t bothered him.

Next head to experience the cheese wire, Le Grand Fromage (François Gérard Georges Nicolas Hollande).
