Abu Musab “the Syrian”, who was a liaison officer with OBL and the Groupe Islamic Armé (GIA) in Algeria posted the theory of “decentralised jihad.” His book Call for a Global Islamic Resistance outlined the broad strategy for the coming generation of AQ, with a keen eye for the practical implementation of jihadi guerrilla warfare theories. His ideas of how to maximise the political impact of jihadi violence and how to build autonomous cells for ‘individualised terrorism’ inspired many jihadi militants of today via the “strategy of tension”.

This concerned provoking authorities in order to spark fierce repression with the intent of people rising against them. This tactic had already been used by the Cocaine Importation Agency/NATO Gladio networks in manipulating the European extreme left wing in the 1970s/1980s (the Baader Meinhof Complex, the Red Brigades, Action Directe). There was no chance the strategy would prevail which the CIA/NATO knew full well, it was merely a tool to use repressive reaction of the state to topple the existing elite and place its own men in power.

The “Syrian” pointed to Europe, above all, away from the US, as the next battlefield, all currently now being played out. In 1997, he created the Islamic Conflict Studies Bureau in Madrid and Londonistan, and based on the model of Aginter Press, the Gladio cell which the Cocaine Importation Agency established in Lisbon during the 1960s/1970s. Simultaneously, the Brotherhood elaborated a vast training programme for pro-US Arab leaders.

The Libyan University of Pittsburgh Professor Mahmud Jibril El-Warfally taught them how to speak “politically correct”. He trained emirs and generals from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, the Emirates, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco and Tunisia. Mixing principles of public relations and studies of reports by the US-controlled World Bank, dictators were now able to expound, straight-faced, on their “democratic ideal” as well as their respect for “human rights”.

The conflicts activated soon spilled over in the 1990s to Algeria and Bosnia Herzegovina. In Bosnia, on instructions from Washington, Pakistani ISI (funded by Saudi Arabia) sent 90,000 men to fight against the Moscow-supported Serbs.

OBL received a Bosnian diplomatic passport and became Military Advisor to President Izetbegović (for whom US citizen Richard Perle was “diplomatic advisor” and arms shipments to Bosnian Muslims). OBL formed the Arab Legion from the Muslim World League. The Russians, who’d penetrated OBL’s camp, found out the entire Arab Legion’s bureaucracy was written in English and that the Legion was taking its orders direct from NATO. The Tribunal (ICTY) created after the war, while launching various criminal proceedings for war crimes, no one from the Arab Legion was ever indicted, even when their known involvement in Kosovo was ignored.

In 1995, the Brotherhood reactivated their political assassination tradition with OBL attempting to eliminate Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak. Later in 1995, OBL then attempted to eliminate Gaddafi. The Gaddafi attack was financed to the tune of £100,000 by Meddling Internationally 6, who wanted to punish Libya for supporting the IRA. Both attempts obviously failed. In the Libyan context, the majority of Libyan officers fled and after arriving at the Finsbury Mosque disappeared into society. Among them was Ramadan Abdi, whose son, years later was tasked by Meddling Internationally 6 with the attacks in Manchester. Libya transmitted all evidence to Interpol who issued their first arrest warrant for OBL. The UK, ignoring Interpol, allowed OBL to continue running his PR bureau in Wembley.

In the late 90s, the majority of “terror attacks” were attributed to Brotherhood’s AQ. However important this change in rhetoric from the US may have been, they represented an abasement for the Brotherhood/Islamists, who were an integral part of NATO, but at the same time found themselves relegated to the level of anti-American terrorists.

In 1996, a truck bomb exploded in front of an eight-storey tower in Khobar, Saudi Arabia killing 19 US military. First attributed to AQ, responsibility for the attack was then pinned on Iran, then finally, no one.

In 1998, two bombs exploded in front of US Embassies in Nairobi and Dar-es-Salaam, killing 298 Africans, no US citizens. The “attacks” were claimed by the mysterious (i.e.; non-existent) “Islamic Army for the Liberation of Holy Places”. According to the Septics, the attacks had been commanded by members of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad in response to the extradition of its (non-existent) members. Compounding the idiocy, the Septics, then accused OBL of being the instigator and issued an arrest warrant for him.

In 2000, a suicide boat exploded against the hull of the USS Cole in Aden harbour Yemen. The attack was claimed by the AQ in the Arab Gulf Peninsula, but the Septics via their own internal tribunal, decided it was Sudan.

Over the period of these attacks (and arrest warrants floating about) and while collaboration between Washington and the Brotherhood continued, OBL continued using his PR bureau. Situated in Wembley, the Advice and Reformation Committee (ARC) disseminated OBL’s declarations as well as managing AQ logistics, including recruitment, equipment acquisition and payments. Among the coterie of collaborators, up popped Saudi Khalid al-Fawaz, Egyptian Adel Abdel Bary (father of Jihadi John, and who, together with Fawz, the Septics later charged with US Embassy bombings in Nairobi and Dar); and Egyptian Ibrahim Eidarous (who ran the Londonistan AQ chapter). At the time, despite international arrest warrants, they continued to receive political asylum and financial assistance in Londonistan.

OBL’s Wembley PR Bureau in February 1998 saw his famous appeal for a Jihad against Jews and Crusaders, all at the time under “diversity”, perfectly legal. Seriously ill with kidney disease, OBL was hospitalised in August 2001 in the American hospital in Dubai with security provided by the Cocaine Importation Agency.

Fusion of Gladio Networks and DAESH Preparation

The Bush administration blamed Islamists for the 11 September 2001 attacks. The official version prevailed. The Justice Secretary assured that the planes were hijacked by Islamists, despite the fact the airline companies themselves stated none of the suspects were on board. The Septics’ DoD immediately published a video claiming OBL claimed responsibility (despite being in a Dubai hospital with kidney disease from the consequences of Marfan syndrome, dying on 15 December 2001 with the funeral in Afghanistan, attended by reps from Meddling Internationally 6). Subsequent analysis by experts in facial and vocal recognition confirmed this was not OBL1.

In August 2002, Meddling Internationally 6 organised a conference in Londonistan for the Brotherhood on the theme “Syria for All”. The wafflers developed the idea that Syria was oppressed by the Alawite cult, and only the Muslim Brotherhood could offer true equality.

The Brotherhood found a new strategist, Abu Bakr Naji. In 2004, this character, who never existed, published his work on the web “The Management of Savagery”, a chaos theory. The book had been written in English, sprinkled with superfluous Qur’anic quotes, then translated into Arabic. The book did not refer to a recourse of terrorism, but a return to the state of nature before civilisation created the state.

The strategy of chaos is explained in the three phases:

  • First, demoralise and exhaust the state by attacking its least protected flanks. Choose secondary targets, often without strategic value, but easy to destroy then disperse. The point being to give an impression of general uprising.
  • Second, when the state is withdrawn from the countryside and suburbs, conquer certain zones and administer them. It will be necessary to rely on sharia to signal the passage to a new form of state. During this period, build alliances with all those who are opposed to power – they must be given weapons. Then the war will become a war of position
  • Third – proclaim the Islamic State

In 2006, Meddling Internationally 6 asked Emir Hamad of Qatar to place his pan-Arab channel, Al Jazeera, at the service of the Brotherhood. The Libyan Mahmud Jibril, who’d trained the (presumably Qatari not English) royal family to speak in democratic language, was tasked with introducing the Brotherhood into the channel, creating channels in foreign languages (English, then Bosnian then Turkish) as well as a channel destined for kids. Of course, Al Jazz broadcast and “validated” the audio/video recordings of the various OBL doppelgangers that appeared out of the cupboard.

In 2007, Washington informed the Brotherhood it intended to overthrow secular regimes in the Greater Middle East, including those of allied states, and that it (the Brotherhood) should prepare to exercise power. The Cocaine Importation Agency organised the alliances between the Brotherhood and the secular parties/personalities from all states in the region. At the same time, it connected the two Gladio branches by reinforcing the ties between the Western Nazi groups and the Oriental Islamist groups.

On 8th May 2007 in Ternopil (Western Ukraine), a number of small Nazi/Islamist groups created an anti-imperialist front in order to fight the Russians. The front was presided over by Dmytro Yarosh, who after the 2014 Maidan coup, became Assistant Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine.

In Lebanon in May-June 2007, the national army began the siege of the Palestinian camp Nahr al-Bared, after members of the Fatah el-Islam took refuge there. Seventy-five soldiers died during the course of the one-month siege, all decapitated.

Operation Cast Lead

In 2010, the Brotherhood organised the Gaza Freedom Flotilla. Officially it was intended to break the embargo and bring aid to Gaza citizens. The main ship changed its flag of convenience during the crossing and continued under Turkish colours. Numerous spies mingled with non-violent militants. Falling into the trap laid by the Septics, Net-an-Yahoo ordered the assault of the ships in international waters. The rest of the world condemned this act of piracy, under the mocking eyes of the White House. Israel, having supplied jihadists with weapons in Afghanistan, supported the creation of Hamas against Yasser Arafat, turned against the Islamists in 2008 and bombed them along with the Gaza population. In this way Net-an-yahoo paid for Operation “Cast Lead”, which it had led with Saudi Arabia against the “advice” of the White House.
