Now that it is (almost) all done and dusted the aftermath of the American Elections can begin and begin it certainly has. While the Republicans and especially the Donald are basking in glory the Democrats are taking it rather badly. In fact they are like rats in a sack, full of recriminations and even more hatred than normal.
The targets of their ire have been various people and even their approach to the election. Harris has been described as the worst candidate in history, few would dispute that and the bar is quite low. I believe she is rather dumb and so you can’t completely blame her, it was more like those who plotted to install her as an unelected candidate who should be the brunt of people’s ire.
Various people have chosen George Clooney as being responsible. He is credited with convincing Heels Up to challenge Creepy Joe in the first place
A Biden Staffer has fingered Obummer (apologies if you haven’t eaten yet) as being behind the plot to install Heels Up as candidate when Creepy Joe had already been chosen by the DNC. Harris was then installed without a vote and they call themselves democratic.
Nancy Pelosi and a few others are picking on Joe Biden saying he should have stepped down sooner and handed over to Harris.
An X user has blamed Wayne Gretzky for attending a dinner at Mar a Lago. Wayne is Canadian and a former ice hockey player. You have to be deranged to figure this one out.
Stephen Smith of ESPN (isn’t that a Sports channel ?) blames Big Mike and all the sleb endorsements. There will be an element of truth here, the slebs are finally discovering that they need to keep their snouts firmly in the entertainment trough and keep away from politics.
The View is famously deranged and have risen to the bait. It is said the Democrats want to censor Americans. The View’s point of view is they didn’t censor enough. Pick holes in that if you will.
Democrats in general have decided that America is sexist and racist.
That old fossil Maxine Waters has blamed the defeat on white people. She is like a wizened version of our own Dawn Butler.
Dr Alan Mendoza of the Henry Jackson Society states the Democrats hadn’t delivered for 4 years. There is more than an element of truth in this. For all their bluster there were precious few achievements to boast of unless soiling yourself in front of the Pope can be classed as an achievement.
Various users on X have pinpointed in no particular order young men, white women and Latinos. Quite a cross section of voters there but no mention of black men who flocked to the Donald’s colours in droves.
Newsweek has determined that Trump didn’t win, the Democrats lost. I would quibble with that, both of those are true.

Ben Swann, a news anchor on FOX, decides that KH is the worst candidate in.history. Only a very brave man would dispute that.
I don’t like to mention him (oxygen of publicity and all that) but Piss Moron has correctly fathomed that the Democrats had a terrible campaign and terrible nominees.
Stacey Abrams, a former Congresswoman for Georgia, is reflecting so we shall leave her to it.
David Axelrod, a former strategist for Bath House Barry, has divined that racism and sexism raised their ugly heads and are to blame for the crushing defeat.
Now the spotlight turns on “Pod save America”, a show on NBC hosted by former Obama aides Jon Lovett, Jon Favreau, Dan Pfeiffer and Tommy Vietor. They have come up with some crackers.
Tommy Vietor states that Biden should not have run in the first place.
All of them said it was the economy (they forgot the stupid bit).
Jon Lovett wisely and accurately says the Democrats are now the party of an educated cosmopolitan minority.
Tommy Vietor sagely decides the Democrats need to go back to being an anti-war party. I won’t dispute the sentiment because wars are the worst thing ever, along with invasions, but I do take issue with the “back” part. The Democrats have started enough wars in their time.
It was a surprise to discover that RFK Jr’s name was not on the list, or at least not yet. The Kennedys are the closest to royalty the Democrats have and here he is siding with the Republicans.
You pays yer money and you takes yer choice. The Democrats are talking about coming back in four years. This is a tad optimistic. Trump’s 2nd term will be a success and maybe JD Vance or one of the Donald’s boys may follow on at some point. If he manages to clean up the deep state and publish the lists I think the Democrats will be out of power for decades. By this time there may even be an electorate on Mars to contend with.
In two days as President elect Donald Trump has achieved much. There are squeaky bums everywhere, foreign leaders a queuing up to pay obeisance, slebs are possibly going to move out to pastures new, until they look at their bank balances, and even Hamas have been kicked out of Qatar. He hasn’t even set foot in the Oval Office yet. Things are definitely looking up. I even get a gut feeling that he will do for our very own Keith Starmer one way or another. He must detest the man as much as we do.
