Help Prevent the Occurrence of Cancer

This article was prompted by my friend a Frenchman who was diagnosed several months ago with a very rare growth on a lung. So rare indeed that not a lot is known about this particular cancer. His only symptom apparently was a persistent cough. He is a little above medium height, slim and forty years old. He has never smoked cigarettes but used weed when he was young. I have not asked his jab status.

He was opened up a couple of months ago but it was decided the growth was too close to the blood supply to the heart to attempt removal. They zipped him up again and he appears to be relatively ok, No invasive treatment at present and the tumour is, I understand, static just now.

Bringing in a personal note I have, for the past nine months, done a four or five hour garden and brush clearing stint on average four or five days a week. In the early months it was six or seven days. I know I have an advantage over a lot of men my age due to the requirement to be pretty fit when in my twenties and thirties. I am one stone above my weight from that period – though I have been much heavier at times; with Keto and intermittent fasting I have stayed around current weight for the past few years.

I have provided him with such advice as I can give and this draft protocol is an attempt to codify what little knowledge I have gathered over the years.

Some of my placement of items may be a bit arbitrary and I invite fellow Puffins to help me arrive at ‘Protocol version 1’ using the combined knowledge of this site; our esteemed bloggers being the fount of all knowledge.
