It will be a decent crowd with a mix of old hands and newbies. Be gentle with them.
We normally do a whip round for Saturday morning booze and food shopping. £10-£15 if you’re not a drinker. Other than that you won’t need money except for a mug or the pub.
I will organise the following:
- Two large tables, cooking facilities and a washing up station.
- GP tent.
- Proper cutlery
- Mugs! (At a bargain price)
- Tea, coffee, milk sugar, sauces, mustard etc
- Some food for Friday night and some for Saturday morning.
- Cleaning stuff, kitchen roll, washup liquid, binbags etc.
What you need:
- A hat and suntan cream, it’s going to be mid twenties and you will burn if you don’t protect yourselves.
- A chair, parasol optional.
- A proper plate if you are fussy.
Optional
- A little food for Friday night
- Some booze.
- Water cooler filled with ice.
