Ed. While I doubt many of us believe Boris Johnson’s in charge of much of anything (He’s even devolved ‘Green’ policy to Carrie Symonds for a quiet life), he’s the one at the top and responsible for the economic disaster. As others have noted, he’s ruling by diktat, no scrutiny in the House of Commons and no voting, using law created in 1984. How apt.
