The Donald has extravagant Plans

With all the “Orange Man Bad” abuse aimed at Donald Trump it is easy to overlook what his plans are.  The mental pygmies on the left, that includes you Jobby, Toilets et al, are so busy firing out abuse you have no clue what the big picture is. Yes the Donald is brash, likes to brag and goes way over the top but something is changing as we watch.

Take tariffs for example. The left get bogged down in the details and the Donald just eggs them on. I believe the main reason he is wedded to tariffs is not so much the income generated from them but their use as a means to encourage companies to create manufacturing in the USA. Last year the IRS managed to rob the US economy of $2.4 trillion, up from $2.18 trillion in 2023. As it stands there is no way tariffs will raise anywhere near that amount. If manufacturing does return then company taxes will rise substantially, tariff revenue will probably settle down somewhere near current revenue and income tax will continue but probably at a lower rate. The Donald may wish to get rid of the IRS but it would take many years before that option is feasible however attractive it sounds.

I reckon the arguments about who actually pays the tariffs are not so important. They act as an incentive for companies to onshore rather than offshore. It will probably take another year or so but the increase in US onshore economic activity is going to be staggering. At some point in the very near future the US is going to have to start paying down its debt and they will at least have a chance unlike us stuck with a Labour government addicted to spending and taxing everything that moves.

Getting rid of illegals is a massive boost to the economy. Today in construction companies are screaming out for  labour as their reliance on cheap illegals is broken. They are now having to hire Americans and they can’t get enough of them. They will have to increase productivity rather than rely on paying people rubbish wages. There are so many knock on effects it is hard to list them all. Less pressure on housing is just one of the many plusses.

Spreading peace is such a good move it cannot be overstated. War is a dirty business and often creates more problems than it solves. So far the Donald claims to have solved 8 or 9 conflicts. The major prize of peace in Ukraine is still a festering sore and the ridiculous Thailand/Cambodia flare up seems to be kicking off again. He will have to knock heads together again. Perpetual war leads to the downfall of nations, see Sparta and Rome for further details.

Ah but what about all the sabre rattling over Venezuela you ask and that is a good question. This seems to be about regime change and they have a ready made replacement on the sidelines waiting to take over. She has just been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, one assumes she subscribes to the climate change scam.

It rather looks like the US approach to Venezuela is to starve it of income. Venezuela’s major income streams are drugs and oil. The blowing up of fast speedboats will be a major deterrent to drug dealers, forget the stories about fishing vessels, these boats have 4 or 6 very large outboard engines and can whizz along, not much use for trawling or even line fishing. The left as usual are offering idiotic interpretations.

The seizure of a sanctioned oil tanker with about 1 million barrels of oil aboard will set alarm bells ringing. The ship was also involved in smuggling Iranian oil here and there. It is said the Chinese and Indians have created oil refineries in the Caribbean and said oil was allegedly headed for Cuba. Bit of pressure on Fidel’s socialist paradise as a bonus. There is talk of more tankers being seized in the very near future. As a bonus the US will acquire the 1 million barrels of oil though there is some judicial process first, no doubt the Democrats will object and try to use their pet judges to stop it.

Latest projections are that Venezuela will run out of money in six to twelve weeks if not sooner. A penniless narco state will not survive. The positioning of such a large US military force around Venezuela has been interpreted as indicating there will be an invasion. There is no need, that force can close off Venezuela and shut down its supplies. It is just a matter of waiting a few more weeks and nature will take its course. This does not mean there will be no loud bangs on Venezuelan soil but a large scale ground invasion is way off the mark.

The US has restated the Monroe Doctrine. This was declared in 1823 by President James Monroe and stated that the Western Hemisphere, so the Americas then, is off limits to European colonisation or meddling. In the present state of affairs this will equally apply to China as well. Donald Trump wants to keep non American powers out of his backyard. Even more importantly this doctrine states the USA will not poke its nose in the external affairs of the Old World. This second part seems to have been forgotten by just about everyone, especially Keith Rodney Starmer and his mates Micron and Merz. To pour a bit more oil on the fire, 47 has told Colombia it may be next.

We are faced with a newly isolationist United States that wants to see peace in the rest of the world and desires the rest of the world keeps out of the Americas. This means no Russian or Chinese involvement and China especially may take exception to this with its massive infrastructure projects around the whole globe. It also means that hundreds and hundreds of overseas US bases will be shut down including the 35,000 or so troops in Germany and the over 10,000 in the UK, mainly at US air bases in Lakenheath and Mildenhall. The US no longer needs us to be Aircraft Carrier One, see the strike on Iran for more details. It may also be a reason why Keith got the green light for the Chagos deal to everyone’s surprise. We also need to be a bit jittery about the Falklands.

The invitation to Canada to become the 51st state and also the desire to take over Greenland may belong to the thoughts behind Monroe’s Doctrine. Greenland has close ties to Denmark and Canada has King Sausage Fingers as Head of State. Canada joining as one state is probably a non starter but if each Province became a state there could be some movement there. The biggest question would be Quebec and its troublesome French speaking population. They have been used to years of getting their own way and subsidies by hinting at simmering discontent, not sure the yanks would wear that as well as the Canadians have.

If #47 can outmaneouvre the swamp and achieve all this then maybe the US will astound us all with its economic performance. I fear the Labour administration here will not be impressed at all with the future, The latest leaked plan from Washington is the suggestion that Austria, Hungary, Italy and Poland should be encouraged leave the sinking ship that is the EU. This will not go down well in the Berlaymont building in Brussels but it looks good to me. Whether it is achievable is another question but at least there is a viable alternative future on the cards.

One of the proposed points in the US suggested plan for peace in Ukraine is that Europe starts to use Russian energy again. Germany suffered the most when it gave up reliance on cheap energy from the east, its industry has almost collapsed. If these plans come to fruition there will have to be much standing on heads.
