After a once in a lifetime budget that was designed to promote growth, fill a fictitious £22 billion black hole and encourage new jobs, what are we left with, little to no growth, a £50 billion black hole and even fewer jobs. This Alice in Wonderland style of economic mismanagement must have precedents, where could they be.
While watching a TV show about the experiences of the Peugeot car business during WW2 I was struck by a few similarities with the bunch of morons who pretend to be running our economy, or what is left of it. As that great charlatan Karl Marx said, the means of production should be in the hands of the proletariat.
Firstly the Nazis did not like capitalism, they considered it to be jewish. I always get the feeling that the Labour Party has never been in favour of capitalism and would nationalise everything if they could get away with it, more than enough Labour MPs have said so over the years. There is little doubt that if Jezbollah got into Number 10 he would nationalise everything that moved.
At the start of WW2 Germany was one of the world’s three great industrial powers alongside the USA and Great Britain. They had enormous companies like Krupp, Siemens and IG Farben. I feel sure that at the start of Satan Blair’s reign of terror we had more large companies than we do now; those that remain are mainly owned by foreigners.
In Nazi Germany all big industries in the conquered territories were merged into one massive conglomerate called the Reichswerke. All this power induced Adolf to believe he can beat the world. The Germans now needed to learn how to mass produce and this something they never got the hang of. Now the French and English car industries had got the hang of mass production but guess what the Erics did when they arrived.
You got it in one, they squandered their chance. By the time the Germans arrived in France, Peugeot had switched production from cars to military vehicles. All the Germans had to do was let it carry on and export their production to the fatherland. Peugeot is seen as a prize of war, not a going concern. They started with plundering and looting the factories, all of which was sent back home. In fact they plundered and looted just about everything.
When their machines were looted the capitalists showed little interest in replacing them. Small wonder. Believing they can suck the life out of all the factories that is exactly what the Germans do. However they forgot, being a parasite ends up killing the host eventually. This something Robber Reeves will discover when she introduces a wealth tax, something another charlatan, Neil Pillock, is busy pushing.
After the Battle of Britain the Germans needed to step up production. Even we, by then, are out producing the master race. The Peugeot workforce is 86% less productive than they were before occupation. Not only did they reduce production, they sabotaged the trucks that they continued to build for the Wehrmacht. One of their best efforts was to sabotage the nicks on the dipsticks so the trucks ran out of oil and broke down on the road.
Having sent millions of their own men into the meat grinder that is WW2 combat, the Germans then decide to introduce forced labour and move millions from the occupied territories to the fatherland. They were then employed in German companies on German soil. Being forced to work is not a great incentive and their productivity was far below what the Germans had done. They then introduced German overseers and ran a campaign of punishment beatings. Nothing they did seemed to work and there was still sabotage a plenty.
Many guest workers ended up in camps, see, it always ends in camps and the public hangings pour encourager les autres.
National Socialist doctrine has no place for the markets, the economy must be controlled by the state. They set the prices and they keep them low. In the short term consumers are overjoyed but the producers wonder if it is worth producing anything at all and generally decide not to. End result, shortages. Coming to your area pretty soon. This is almost indistinguishable from full blown communism and we know what side Keith prefers. Pretty soon food is running out though these days much of that could be placed at the door of the inhuman Bill F Gates.
The Nazi economic planners try to fix these problems but everything they try only makes things worse. According to them, the planned economy is far superior to the chaos of the markets. In an attempt to prove this all they did was create chaos, shortages and hunger and the Soviet Union was not much different.
Our government with its vindictive tax policies has increased stamp duty, therefore people stop buying so tax take goes down. The hikes in NI and minimum wage mean employers go bust and workers are now on unemployment benefits. One of the first vindictive changes to taxes was to get rid of WFA but it now costs more to administer claims for pension credit resulting in no savings. The left never learn. Every time something doesn’t work out as planned, they double down and do something similar elsewhere. They haven’t blamed us yet, or they would have to admit they have screwed up, but it won’t be long.
The impending wealth tax is the one that grinds my gears. Inheritance tax was introduced around WW1 time. The objective was to hit the aristocracy. These days it is hitting many more than that. The wealth tax will be targeted at billionaires but it won’t take long for it to start hitting many many more. As soon as a Chancellor has a means of raising money it is only a matter of seconds before they start to consider how they can squeeze us for even more. One has to assume that MPs will be exempt from all these taxes. You may know that if you die and leave money to a political party, it is exempt from IHT. Now why would that be.
If any of the above scenarios have not come to pass here in two tier Keir’s socialist paradise, you will not have to wait long before they become reality.
In summary the left have for years called everyone they disagree with a Nazi, There is no love lost between them either so they often call each other Nazis. During the Spanish Civil War the various shades of communist hated each other more than they hated Franco. The description above of what the Nazis got up to could easily apply to every bunch of lefties. Who are the Nazis now?
