Much to the world’s delight, well who doesn’t like to laugh at the discomfort of other countries, we are highly embarrassed by the state of our Navy. This has all come about because of our dear leader, Rodney Spanner.
He has flip flopped so often on providing support to Operation Epic Fury, the USA and Israel versus Iran. Initially he refused the Americans permission to use our air bases, specifically Fairford and Diego Garcia, to launch attacks on Iran. This resulted in B2s flying 37 hour missions from Missouri to bomb Iran. The Donald was not amused.
The mealy mouthed lawyer used his favourite get out, international law, to deny the Americans access. Then it was OK you can launch defensive flights from our bases. Now we hear the Americans are going to base bombers there. International law seems to be whatever suits him on the day or even hour.
For some days now the scrote has been at pains to emphasise that we are only flying defensive missions such as shooting down drones and missiles. In spite of this protestation of innocence the Iranians have used their proxy in Lebanon, Hezbollah, to launch drones against RAF Akrotiri and some damage has been done to the airfield which was apparently in somewhat of a dilapidated state to begin with.
It looks to me like he has been assuring everyone, especially Iran, that we are not running any offensive missions against you. Since Iran hit many of the nearer airfields, the Americans have moved a lot of their planes to Cyprus so for Iran it is now a target rich environment.
But why would Mr Spanner assume not going on the offense would mean Iran would leave us alone and here is my take on that. Spanner has been cuddling up to the muslims in this country and I suspect one or more assured him “If you leave Iran alone they will leave you alone”. The old crocodile story embellished by a large dose of taqiyya.
Now we come to the real nub. After the drone attacks on Cyprus the Greek Navy has stationed 2 destroyers to provide air defence and the French have their carrier down there to give added support. End result we are now reduced to having the Greeks and the French plus the Israelis over Lebanon provide defensive cover for British Sovereign Territory.
Belatedly the Royal Navy, which operates under political control, has been tasked to send the one active destroyer we have to go to the Eastern Med to provide air cover. We now hear this will take 2 weeks because HMS Dragon is taking on supplies for a week and will take a week to sail there. In support of my theory I offer the following. Everyone could see what was going to happen. Even if you didn’t want to signal Iran that you had hostile intentions you would at least have HMS Dragon fuelled up and full of supplies and ready to sail at a moment’s notice. This was not done and we are now the laughing stock of the entire world, reduced to relying on other nations to provide air cover we should be handling ourselves.
Rodney Spanner took a semi calculated gamble and it has backfired big time. Lord Nelson will be rotating at a rate of knots in his grave. He was no friend of the French and was always ready to attack anything even at overwhelming odds.
Our dear leader should be prosecuted for something be it dereliction of duty or even treason for which a good case could be made.
As per usual the anchor baby missed an open goal by failing to ask the right question(s) though to be fair he never bothers to answer them anyway. While the useless Lindsay Hoyle fails to ensure the questions are answered, something he weasels out of, there is little point in even having a Prime Minister’s Questions, it should be renamed Prime Minister’s Boasting while it runs its course. Billy boy Hague used to roast Satan Blair every week at PMQs but it never did him any good in the polls.
Now it turns out that the Donald asked Starmer 17 days before the bombing started for the use of Fairford and Diego Garcia. The weak AF Starmer eventually said no because of opposition in the Cabinet. The opposition was led by Ed Militwat, Rachel from Complaints and Pixie Cooper Balls. John Healey, the Defence Secretary was in favour. The Militwat strikes again, what a traitor that man is, not news to most of us.
This does not detract from our shocking lack of preparedness with a destroyer and our Rodney was rushing round telling the muzz “What a good boy I have been by denying those awful Americans the use of our bases”. He is terrified of losing the Muslim vote, something he has already done because they are flocking to the Greenies. They say you get the governments you deserve but how on earth have we deserved this one.
You have to wonder if our dear leader leaked this himself in the hope that it puts any chance of the net zero fanatic challenging for the leadership into a distant future.
Finally it has just been announced by Marco Rubio that the USA has stopped sharing most of its intelligence with the UK because it finds us untrustworthy. Whither now the much lauded special relationship that Rodney Spanner insisted during PMQs was alive and kicking. We are led by morons.
