I’m Not Paying for a Ghost Story, Part Two

DJ Med Jumper, Going Postal

Woooh, as Christmas approaches, it’s time to consider the hidden gems from the radio.

The Exorcist – 2014

In my opinion the best version of the Exorcist. Being Radio, they had to increase the conversation, and the  debate with Pazuz and Father Karras is superb.
Courtesy of Captain Howdy. It is unknown if he played in the Band.

An American Werewolf in London – 2013

When John Landis wrote and directed the film An American Werewolf in London, a great deal explaining where  the Werewolf on the moors came from was removed in the final cut. They took the original and turned it into  an audio play. It’s superb, but you don’t get to see Jenny Agutter’s tits.

Camp Fire Radio Theatre – 2011

A fan based radio show, that makes a horror play every three months. May I suggest:

The Haunted Cell: A man on Death Row is visited by the previous occupant.

Dreaming of a Dead Christmas: Two girls at a truckstop.

Ring – 2016

A radio adaptation of  Kôji Suzuki”s Ringu. No Apache, but even better.

All available for podcast and download.

Peace on earth and good will to all, Merlin give me that shoe back, you hairy git.
